Pihak www.Bestwebskill.com tidak menjanjikan apa bentuk  pulangan wang setelah anda berjaya menamatkan kursus selama 2 hari  di  bengkel website yang dianjurkan. Namun atas dasar rasa tanggungjawab dan perihatin terhadap anda yang gagal menghadirkan diri di bengkel pada tarikh yang telah dipersetujui atas sebab2 yang munasabah, maka pertimbangan berikut akan di lakukan :

Syarat² Penyertaan Bengkel Website.

1. Penyertaan Bengkel hanya akan diterima setelah anda membuat bayaran penuh. Ini bermakna anda akan diiktiraf sebagai peserta hanya setelah bayaran penuh diterima dan disahkan.

2. Bayaran semasa pendaftaran tidak dibenarkan bagi mengelakkan ketidaktentuan dan kejutan pada saat akhir yang boleh mengganggu perancangan kelas di mana kemungkin ada peserta yang tidak dapat hadir walaupun dengan alasan munasabah.

3. Penyertaan yang telah diterima tidak boleh dibatalkan. Namun jika terdapat masalah untuk menghadirkan diri pada tarikh yang telah ditetapkan, anda boleh menunda ke tarikh yang lain.

4. Anda boleh mencari pengganti sekiranya anda tidak dapat hadir pada tarikh tersebut. Dan yuran anda akan digunakan untuk penggantian tersebut.

5. Permohonan untuk menunda ke tarikh lain hendaklah dimaklumkan kepada Urusetia hanya melalui telefon (h/p: 017-4769953- Pn Hamidah) selewat-lewatnya 7 hari sebelum tarikh bengkel yang akan anda sertai. Elakkan dari menggunakan Khidmat Pesanan Ringkas kerana dikhuatiri tidak sempat diteliti memandangkan jumlah SMS yang masuk agak banyak.

6. Kegagalan anda memaklumkannya dalam tempoh 7 hari sebelum tarikh bengkel akan menyebabkan yuran penyertaan anda lupus sebanyak 50% dan anda perlu menambah semula baki yuran jika anda ingin menghadirkan diri pada tarikh yang lain. Ini kerana urusetia terpaksa mencari pengganti anda dalam masa yang terlalu singkat.

7. Kegagalan anda memaklumkan dalam tempoh 3 hari sebelum tarikh bengkel akan menyebabkan yuran penyertaan anda lupus sepenuhnya dan anda perlu membayar semula yuran penuh jika anda ingin menghadirkan diri pada tarikh yang lain. Ini kerana persediaan sepenuhnya telah dilakukan sejak dari awal untuk anda dan kegagalan anda hadir pada saat-saat akhir adalah satu peristiwa luar jangka yang mengecewakan yang perlu ditampung dengan kos.

8. Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab anda untuk memilih tarikh bengkel yang terbaru (jika anda gagal hadir mengikut tarikh asal yang telah ditetapkan) seperti yang terdapat dilaman Jadual Latihan tertakluk kepada kekosongan jadual semasa. 

9. Anda perlu memberikan nombor telefon atau alamat emel yang sah selepas membuat bayaran untuk memudahkan komunikasi. Kami tidak akan menjamin jika anda gagal dihubungi kerana maklumat hubungan anda tidak lengkap/sah.

10. Sebarang keputusan untuk mengembalikan semula bayaran penyertaan atas sebab-sebab yang tersebut di atas adalah bergantung sepenuhnya atas budi bicara Penganjur Bengkel Website. Segala keputusan yang dibuat adalah muktamad.

Jika anda bersetuju dengan Terma dan Syarat di atas, maka anda boleh meneruskan dengan keputusan menyertai Bengkel Website ini.

Jika tidak bersetuju, maka anda tidak digalakkan menyertainya untuk mengelakkan rasa tidak puas hati dikemudian hari.
